I am Dheeraj, an AI/ML engineer and signaling systems specialist working on India’s KAVACH (TCAS) railway safety technology. I build intelligent automation tools, chatbots, and ML pipelines that solve real-world operational problems. My recent work includes developing voice-based emotion analysis apps, AI copilots for signaling engineers, and ML models for speaker recognition and railway data processing. With hands-on experience in system design, field engineering, and AI deployment, I love converting complex workflows into smart, scalable solutions. I'm Abhinav Reddy, a System Support Engineer at WinMethods Technologies, where I work across Azure, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, and security operations. I’m AZ-104 certified and skilled in troubleshooting real-world issues from authentication failures and server problems to network outages and endpoint security alerts. I actively work with SOC tools like Acronis and Sophos, handling threat monitoring, backup management, and incident response. I come from a strong foundation in Linux, networking, and Python, and I’m someone who learns fast, adapts quickly, and enjoys solving technical challenges that make systems run smoothly. My goal is to continue growing in cloud engineering and cybersecurity while contributing meaningful work wherever I go.

I’m focused on exploring cloud engineering, cloud security, and large-scale infrastructure automation. I’m also interested in applying AI to these areas through practical MLOps, especially in building, deploying, and scaling reliable large models.
