AutoRehire — The AI Hiring Operating System
AutoRehire is an AI-first hiring and onboarding platform designed to transform recruiting from a manual dashboard-driven workflow into an agentic operating system.
Today’s ATS platforms act mostly as systems of record — recruiters still spend hours manually screening candidates, coordinating follow-ups, moving pipelines, reviewing duplicate profiles, sending reminders, tracking offers, and managing onboarding tasks.
AutoRehire changes this by introducing AI agents that can understand recruiter intent through natural language and execute hiring workflows autonomously.
Instead of navigating multiple dashboards, recruiters can simply instruct the system:
- “Reopen strong rejected candidates from last quarter”
- “Follow up with candidates who haven’t responded in 3 days”
- “Identify duplicate applicants and merge histories”
- “Prepare onboarding checklists for selected candidates”
- “Summarize hiring bottlenecks this week”
The platform combines:

Our vision is to become:
“Cursor for Recruiting” — where recruiters collaborate with AI agents instead of operating traditional enterprise software manually.
The project is being built as a scalable AI-native SaaS platform focused initially on SMB and startup hiring teams that lack efficient recruiting operations infrastructure.
